Refunds and Returns

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • We accept returns of unworn/unwashed items 10days after delivery
  • Clearance Items may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted.  
  • We do not refund shipping costs. 
  • Returns sent to our address without filling out the return portal, will automatically be issued store credit. 
  • All items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED in original condition with the tag still attached.  
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. 
  • All Masks/Filters are nonreturnable.
  • Swimwear is nonreturnable.
  • Altered Items are nonreturnable.
  • Earrings are nonreturnable.

REFUND: 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds within 10 days from the delivery date. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No refunds after 10 days.  

Please allow 5-10 business days for payment to be reflected in your account. 

EXCHANGES: 

We accept exchanges within 15 days after your order was delivered to you. 

All items on your original order can be exchanged once.

If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit. 

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS: 
 
In the instance that the carrier tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the carrier. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
